What to Expect
Sessions are typically one-to-one and conducted face-to-face or online. The practitioner enters a meditative theta brainwave state and guides you through a process of muscle testing (kinesiology) to identify limiting beliefs. When a belief is identified, it is "pulled" and replaced with a positive one — a process you remain conscious of throughout. Sessions often include conversation and emotional processing.
